  8:00-9:00            Registration at Christ Chapel (see map below)
  9:00-10:00          Assembly
10:00-11:00          Boys Huddle Time/Girls competition
11:00-12:00          Girls Huddle Time/Boys competition
12:00-1:00            Lunch
  1:00-1:30            Boys and Girls Huddle Time
  1:30-2:00            Assembly
  2:00                    Release to coaches/parents to head to games

We will be presenting 3D Coaching to coaches and parents from 10:00-12:00.
The 1:00-1:30 huddle time for coaches/parents will be open discussion.

To register for the Northwest Iowa Day of Champions you need to:

1) Submit the form below.
2) Pay the registration fee ($25 for students and adults, $15 for college huddle leaders)
        You may pay via PayPal through the form below or by going to www.iowafca.org/nwiadocpayment.
3) Complete the medical waiver form and liability waiver form below and bring them with you on Feb. 2nd.  
    You must have these to participate!

        Student Medical Waiver Form (under 18 years old)
        Adult Medical Waiver Form (18 and older) 
        Liability Waiver Form (everyone)
